Florida State University Seminole Reservation Improvements
The scope of work included remodeling the recreation hall, bath house and boat house. Additional improvements to the surrounding property included construction of a new gate house at the southeast corner of the property, as well as a new sliding gate system, barrier arms and perimeter fencing. Other improvements included ADA upgrades, and a new entry tower to connect the bath house and boat house buildings. A new observation tower was constructed that included an observation deck and spiral stairs to tie-in the bath house and recreation hall buildings. The project's design concept unified the complex and improved its use for recreational purposes.
